At God’s Vow Academy, we believe that enrolling your child in the right learning environment should be a simple, transparent, and reassuring process. Our admission procedure is thoughtfully designed to welcome families into our school community with ease and confidence.
Whether you’re joining our nurturing Early Years Foundation Stage or aiming for academic excellence in our Primary School, our doors are open to learners eager to grow in a values-driven, child-centered atmosphere.
Admission into God’s Vow Academy is seamless and straightforward. Once you’re ready, you can pick up the application form at our School Administrative Office, and we’ll be glad to take you on a guided tour of our vibrant learning environment.
Our standard entrance procedure involves four simple stages:
The first step is to obtain the official admission form from the school premises. Our helpful admin staff will guide you through the process. Alternatively, families may complete the Registration Form if already familiar with our offerings.
Fill and return the application form with the following required documents:
Four (4) recent passport photographs
A copy of the child’s birth certificate
Most recent school report card (for transfers)
Transfer certificate (if applicable)
Once all documents are submitted, a date will be scheduled for the entrance evaluation.
Primary School Applicants:
Prospective students applying for admission into any of the Primary classes are required to sit for a standard entrance examination, covering key academic areas suited to their grade level.
Nursery 1 & 2 Applicants:
Young learners will undergo an informal, child-friendly readiness assessment designed to observe learning skills, social interaction, and basic knowledge suitable for their age.
Following a successful evaluation, both parents/guardians will meet with a panel of our senior teaching staff. During this session, we’ll:
Review the applicant’s performance
Discuss class placement
Share insights into our academic and developmental expectations
Answer any questions about the school’s policies or programs
Upon successful evaluation and interview, the child is offered admission. To complete enrollment:
Joining & Development fees must be paid
A Registration Packet will be issued containing:
Enrollment Agreement Form
Medical Form
Parent Commitment Form
Child’s School ID Card / Pick-Up Permit
Parent Handbook
